Tenure requirements
1、Master degree or above, major in mechanical design and automation or relevant;

4、Good in using one of the UG/SOLIDWORKS/Proe software or more;

2. .Make evaluation indictors like annual sales cost budget, sales volume, market coverage rate, market share and achieve the sales goals set by company;
3. Break up and implement annual robot sales plan, make the plan for each month, region, industry, sales personnel, and change monthly sales plan according to actual situation, lay down corresponding evaluation method of responsibility and cost;
4. Buil, cultivate, manage an excellent robot sales team, organize and lead the sales team to achieve the sales goals, coordinate and deal with various market problems, supervise and check the implementation of subordinates;
5. .Get hold of the actual sales situation, guide and check the work of sales personnel;
6. .Conduct the national market analysis and information feedback, especially in east China and south China, carry out the company's annual market expansion plan, conduct the market research, the selection of regional manager, negotiation and contract signing in the expansion area;
7.Research rivals' sales situation and latest trend like sales volume, sales price, sales method in each region through different ways and take corresponding measures in time;

2、7 years above experience in automation or robot industry, 3 years above sales team management experience, excellent sales performance;
3、.Familiar with one or more robot brand like FUNUC, YASKAWA, KUKA, NACHI, KAWASAKI, EPSON and the other local robot brand.
4、Good negotiation and communication ability, excellent interpersonal, coordination, execution ability, be good at analyzing and summarizing.
5、5.Familiar with 3C and robot industry is preferred.
